Cold weather and a very bright day made us to move like zombies up the river. Nymphing and dead drifting streamers are the most productive methods this time of year. About Guideline Presentation I can tell you a few things: Performace, Spectacle, Distance, Good feeling when you touch it, Spey cast, Roll cast, Delicasy. I started with streamers and my Commando Head works great, with a subtle presentation close to the shore , good mending and easy to cast. I finished with some nymph , ham and chesse and of course beer and grass.
